3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate personal information including date of birth

4. Fingerprint Data Collection

By using our Service, you consent to:

• The capture and storage of your fingerprint images
• Processing and enhancement of fingerprint images for clarity
• Sharing of fingerprint data with certified specialists for analysis
• Secure storage of your biometric data on our servers

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Only upload your own fingerprint images

6. Device Requirements

The Service requires a mobile device with a minimum 12-megapixel rear camera with autofocus capability. Desktop and laptop computers are not supported for fingerprint capture. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets these requirements.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Serene Future Brains and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Fingerprint analysis results are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered as professional advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Serene Future Brains shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or unauthorized access to your fingerprint information.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the Service settings. Upon deletion, your fingerprint data will be permanently removed from our servers. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
